This blog is about things that I see and do while I'm in France. I will try to stay more on the topic of French things, but there are no guarantees in life.
I always know I'm dealing with French pop-folk whenever I hear an accordion! I love it! I also like the guitar conclusion "à la manouche"!Thanks. I didn't know Au P'tit Bonheur. Ce sont des gitans?HugsJon
I don't think they're Romany, but I'm not sure. It was a song I found a long time ago back in the US, searching for French Music. I ended up finding Carla Bruni, Benabar, and Cauet at the same time. They play it in the afternoons on MuchMusic in France. I love it because so much of it is music that I remember from when I was back in Junior High.
Love it, and will ber humming it the rest of the day...thanx :)
Glad to be of service. I love songs like this. the lyrics to this song are beautiful.
Time to learn French.
French is always helpful to know. I'm almost anxious to take the GRE again, just to see what it did for me.
